Those are the ones im leaning too, im 15, 5,5. By the time i have enough money around (1600$) probably next summer or spring i might be a bit taller so a 250 might be an option. I can just about tip toe them now.
It's the power the motor makes after you rev past the peak horsepower. 125's tend not to fall off quickly so they still make smooth power even after the peak.kk thanks, but what exactly is over rev???
I agree most 125s and 250 four strokes are owned by entry level riders who often neglect important maintenance that motocross bikes require. You will find 125s for sale with recently rebuilt motors but every bearing and bushing on the rest of the chassis is completely toast.I would personally opt for the 250. there is no difference in seat height (or very little). 125's generally get rode a lot harder
