looks great. And if your boy gets bored, he can come over ill pay him to polish the tunnel. I hate doing that.

I used to always be fixing something up when i was a kid, and some of my best memories are of getting my dad to help me!!!

he's actually doing another sled right now... He works for cheap..... What'll ya pay to get is polished??

Dropped my 800 Rev off yesterday and Junior was hard at it right away. Will post photos of the finished product when completed and I have it back together.

Man, that looks sweet, this makes me want to keep mine and do something similar, if i decide to keep mine i was going to put extraverts in and port the track.....what better time to take the skid apart and do some anodizing. Our sleds are damn near twins the only diff is i still have a stock black tank and simmons skiis other than that bang on. That seat looks pretty shiny you didn't give her a coat of armoral just to laugh at your son go sliding off the back did you? Where's the big S&M sticker going? I could use one.:d

did you get it mostly straightened out yet??

yep, cut the front right corner right out and banged her straight, welded it back in and now ill fish plate it incorporating the drop n roll. should be pretty solid.
