Wow, the 800 ran good in eckville drags.... After pulling the can and all the wheels off and putting stock stuff back on,it was ready for Eckville, even though it turns out they never reinforced the rules that the organizer told me to do.... It ran hard, and never had any problems, except for a little boil over, due to running two practise laps back to back and the daughter not shutting the sled off between races to cool down a little bit.... But after the initial boilover, all was good.... Pulls hard, sounded okay(even with stock muffler). Now to clean it up again, and put the wheels and can etc, all back on. This sled came in 4th in mountain 800 stock(against the rest all with cans, some with reeds, 1 even with overbore) out of 9 sleds, and it also came in 5th in trail stock out of about 10 or 11 sleds.

nope, not for your cat... You'll be in modified mountain open... Against the turbos etc.... My 1000 is stock right down to the muffler and wheels right now.

i think i shall try grass drags one day (when i get my licence)

you can be between 14 and 16 to run a stock sled up to 600cc.... There was a few sleds in that class too! My son is only 14 and was unable to run anything as we sold our 600cc sled this year and upgraded to the 800! Needless to say he was upset!!! I felt really bad for him!:(

well im 16 so i would be able to run anything?

yup, you can run any sled........ As long as your parents/guardians sign the under 18 form! My 17 year old daughter ran our '04 800 summit 151" and she did very well, but missed the lights, bigtime(poor reaction time) and lost her semi-final, otherwise she mighta been right in there!!!!!!
