We are guessing the crank bearing let go first, but tough to tell not much left.
Not sure if it had anything to do with it but this was the first time ever running fuel from Esso through it.
Not sure, I was doing 115km/hr (8300 RPM) across my field when she let go.Sorta looks like it detonated and seize then came apart? Or like you say let go on the bottom and piceces smashed on the piston. The scufffing on the piston sure looks like it was tight at one time.

That’s one thing with the HO zuke engines say require 91 octane but I’ve always ran 87 fuel and never had an issue at 2200 ft home. Never had a Deto code.
