never got out much over the break, but squezed in a trip at the end, after a few hrs of riding we had a crack on rear cooler, this is the second issue with the coolant system and now needs to be replaced... motor and turbo ran well, and sled was strong, not too impressed with the quaility control

Heat exchanger and rear bumper repaired, we ended up putting a colar over top of rear bumper for extra support, also had to replace one piston from-four corner seizure from cooling problem

had sled out this last weekend and had a few new issues...rev/ over limit knock sensor code, after trouble shooting it looks to be sensor releated and might of knocked out a set of reeds

Will be swapping reeds from Brp turbo to Tdr reeds, the same as what we
had ran last year

We did get in a half day of riding thou and pulled a few hills, had a TSS etec 174 and tpro, and a great running 872bb with 174

As for the hills we did pull, it looks very promising and skid, track, geometry, worked good, clutching was dead on and track speeds were very strong for 4.5lbs boost... Spool up was quick

Will be taking off the cf brakes.... And going back to stock... Pads over half wore out in less than 70 miles.... Other guys that have bought it as well removed theirs.... Makes a mess on clothes and sled

Hope to get it out in a few weeks again...

Wow sounds like nothing but problem after problem hopefully you can get them all worked out soon. How's the oil injection delete going? Still have it removed or did you put it back on?

Just in the Caribbean, hope the mechanic got it figured out, you might want to find aFew skidoo bb to compare with, know of a tugboat or two that might suprize you... Back to the pool bar now....

great two days with the new chassie , never missed a beat or even a hiccup...sled feels light and throws around easy, ran boost both days at 5 lbs and climbed anything it was pointed at... max track speeds of 63mph... second day ran strait pump gas, one of the vids FILE0002 - YouTube

Where you riding with a couple guys in your group with a 174 skidoo xm and a 1000 cat with a mesh hood by chance this past weekend in Fernie at 29 mile???

Yes 5 lbs both days and 100 percent pump fuel, no intercooler or air/water... Did some 40
second wot pulls day two and no issues...

yes that was us in lodge pole at 29... And one guy had the mess hood



fred at 5lbs you running straight 91 octane pump gas or mixing? Sounds good.

Usually ride with them disappointed that I didn't come up that weekend heard your sled was absolutely unreal and you where a treat to watch on it awsome build!!

Sounds like you have it running now all you have to do is man up and bring it back to Revy and we will see how it goes up against a Pro

we have a boost it pro in our revy pac, and its not going where the 880 or 872 let alone a etec turbo......baker and danaluk will be Thursday till sunday if you dare to compare... not sure if the wife will let me go on a fight weekend after I have been gone the last two... but I will make it down there some time, and let you know:beer:

Saw this posted over on Dootalk and figured I would follow it over here since you've got most of it posted. Congrats on your sled, sounds like your finally getting her dialed in and rockin the steep and deep. Now you need to take that E-Z smoke fella up on his challenge and show him how it's done. Maybe he will finally STFU but for some reason, I doubt he will................lol.

had a few people pm about the larger drivers so I made up a video of the rolling resistance needed with nine tooth drivers and 11inch rear wheels on a 174 track
