Just wanted to pass along what happened when I installed the torsion spring spacers in the wrong way... they ended up friction welding against the top idler wheel! Both sides were bound so tight to the wheel they would not turn. We had to use a lever to break the spacer apart from the wheel (see pic). I thought the bearings had went but turns out I had installed the spacers with the flange towards the wheel instead of the other way so the spring would hold spacer away from wheel... Hope it helps others. Now I know! I do like the extra height the spacers give so the tunnel doesn’t sag so far down.
