I have a deck on the back of my Dakota. it seems to handle the load ok, 2 sleds, gear gas and beer, plus my 350lb bud. I have lately been only tieing the back end of the sleds down. big dave just can't get up to the front to untie his sled(pussy). so how much clearance do I need from the bumper to the road(pavement). have been finding that tailgaters back off real fast at night going west past Banff. wonder if dave would get mad If asked him to leave the cheese puffs at home?

If your man bun wasn't so finally wrapped you would have seen that your beer is actually hard lemonade.

The new Ford F-150's are rated for the old school 1500 lb steal decks, they recommend for owners to make the decks short and allow the 174" sleds too hang out the back,,, it prevents less tire wear up front, Ha.

One can make the deck with tall legs so you can put 2 big slip tanks of purple fuel under the deck,,, did I mention that we can use purple fuel in BC now that the feds are only looking for zebra mussels. LOL.

Its what I thought I over heard any-who.

Pal Lem trying to pack 2 quads in a side X side to haul out west in my Ford 1/4 ton ranger.

That's if this said someone can weld aluminum lol

That can be my get rich quick scheme! Permanent deck mounting in Ford half ton trucks. Will save weight and increase payload because there's no heavy bolts!
