Just a FYI called to cancel my subscription like I normally for when it comes due. Got the best price yet when I told them I could go on my gf spotify account for $5 per month. Renewed my subscription for 6mnt for $33 all in... price gets better every time and I seem to get better rates when renewing for 6mnt terms

It's on "free preview" right now until September 5, listened to it all the way to Banff and back to Spruce Grove on Tuesday. I was horribly disappointed at how many times I lost service on Hwy 2, and on Hwy 1 when there was nothing overhead. We have no active subscription for it anymore on either of our vehicles that are equipped with it from Factory, and if it's that bad, I definitely won't be resubscribing anytime soon.

I have found lately it cuts out when near cell phone towers while I am driving. Not sure if something changes in the signal but it's really annoying.

It's friggin horrible since they switched sattelites. I cancelled all but the one my wife has with a lifetime subscription. They offered my renewal darn near for free and I still wouldn't take it. Complete waste of money.

I cancelled mine last year. I miss having it sometimes like when traveling but for the poor service it isn't worth having.

I just rewind 1/2 hour or so when I'm on road trips in poor service area. Since they are dropping the prices so low maby they will fix the issue instead of loosing customers

I cancelled mine in July due to extremely poor reception. Funny thing is that is continues to play. hmmmmm

Stony Plain to Vslemount and back and it only cut out about 5 times. It happens about 12-15km west of jasper where the rock face it right at shoulder of the road. Just renewed both vehicles for $45/month.

Cancelled a while back because of the frustrating issues . They have called several times claiming they are working on it and it should be fixed “soon “ but we all know better. I even went far enough to tell them about the previous multiple pages here on this subject, Doesn’t sink in though.

I had three radios on the go for a bunch of years. First was about 14$, then 9$ each for the others. I also paid once a year for each radio.

I just talked to my “admin” and she says that’s $45/month for car, truck, boat and online access. Not sure why I’m paying for the boat in December. ��

I called again to cancel and got the 42 bucks for 6 months deal, plus online for free ( think that's 6 bucks a month alone

They had a expired credit card on file they tired to renew my subscription but it was declined. They keep sending notices that there gonna cancel it but it’s been over a year now and still have service. Lol.
