I thought about doing that but decided not to at the end. I clamped the oil line to the top of the bulkhead utilizing the factory ground lug. Just gives it a little more support under the turbo.

And how about the coolant line routing? From turbo to coolant jug... return line No real info or pics on that either did you heat tape/shield it?.

No I took the turbo apart and had the piping ceramic coated. Running stock reeds for now.

Thx Vemon hard to seen exact routing.... but I got mine ready for pow just put a bit of heat reflecting tape on that coolant line and that heat shield on hood that’s over the exhaust/turbo area..... I also put some vents in the side panels hoping to evac all that heat the turbo will make

I am also thinkin about cutting tha plastic guard/shield off the clutch cover I did on all my Xm and Xp doos.... mine is a 2018 and with panel vents and plastic cover removed should help clutch temp.... this sleds not a belt burner and hope by installing this silber kit it stays that way.....

I'll get rid of that plastic as well if it becomes an issue. I'm considering a blowhole install on the turbo side. Fab work required I'm sure, we'll c.

Well first ride on the 2019 silber 850 in the books. Not much snow but enough for a couple test runs. Not real happy at this point. Clutching is an issue for sure. Wouldn't pull rpm, 7200 rpm max. Couldn't believe how hot they were for basically a little trail riding. This was a low elevation 2500ft so was taking it pretty easy. More testing required!

Its What comes with the turbo. 43/47 helix but Can't remember the spring rates, I'll have to check.
