Sea lion in Vancouver yesterday

The problem is people continue to do dumb **** like this, but it's the animals that pay the consequences.
I'm surprised there isn't a gofundme page for the execution of the mean sea lion. Yet.

I think it would be far more effective to put down the offending person, instead of the animal(s) they have compromised.

People do not give respect to animals, and this is what happens.
