E-Bay is your friend when it comes to SMD LED's. Not sure why these local shops are charging soooo much. 36 SMD LED panels in warm or bright white can be had for less than $5 with free shipping. An 1141/1156/1157 bulb with bright white can be had for less than $5.....one RV shop here in town wants over $20 for the same thing.

We did all the lights inside our trailer with the 36 warm white panels and it is awesome!!! Battery meter doesn't budge over 3 days of use. I can turn on 8 plus lights at a time and battery meter does not move. If you ask the E-Bay sellers for the right plug ends, they will make them up for you.

I actually perfer the light of the warm white SMD LED's.

What I have recently learned is that the different connector types are based on heat/lumens of output with bulbs. Many of the bulb codes you see listed are actually all the same connector type, just different heat output/lumens of light output. Since LED's put out very little heat, you can choose as many LED's on a connector type as you want. Base it on ligh output (lumens) you desire. You can find SMD LED bulbs or panels with all the connector types on E-Bay. For instance, my trailer outdoor lights take a type 93 or 1003 which is low on heat output as a bulb. With SMD LED's I can put in any LED bulb built for a 1073 1093 1129 1141 1159 1259 1459 1619 1651 1680 5007 5008 7506 7527 and so on.

Our batteries froze in our trailers. Someone didn't take them out.

I would look for a US battery dealer in your area they are cheaper but just as good as Trojans.

can u start a fire then, warm em up.



did the batteries split? i picked up a small charger from a bike shop, it will bring back sulfated batteries. although it is a 12 volt.

I and family and friends have purchased our 6Volt golf cart reconditioned batteries at The Battery Doctor in Edmonton for $70 with 1 year warranty and they have all lasted a few years if you take care of them several years. You would have to call as they carry a limited amount on hand and they go fast later in the spring.
