after 18 things change, i thought 16 yr olds could be pushed into adult category, likely for murder and such, sad state of affairs! most kids/teenagers and young adults really never think of the consequences, i'm afraid. i know when i was a young whipper snipper pretty much was my way of thinking. i can say i never did anything like that though. but i new others that shot BB and pellet guns at one another, even new a fella that had a 22 bullet imbedded in his leg.
