crap she is cold out, -30 outside here, have to peel the dogs paws off the door frame to get them to go outside! BRRRR. they are rather quick to inform they want back in though.
was out working this am, frigid it was. open prairie on a rather tall hill down by Torrington, wind was a howling, said it was -51 C with wind chill, had wet socks, had to take gloves off, bare hands to operate equipment, quick across the lease, back into truck, truck heater on max, blowing cold air, crap not fun. Drilling truck was 5 hrs late ha, engineer stayed in truck, , finished up and got the heck outta dodge.
going to be -35 tonight, and the next 3-4 days. brutal.

i was out yesterday, legs were warm, but had a wet left foot= cold a f, need some work on the gloves, need to just say no to bare hands, upper body needed a bit more wind resistance or a fleece jacket. head was warm. forgot to take hand warmers? overall not to bad, as Lem says "ya need to move around".

Canadian Armed forces Artic gear is well worth the coin...

It will last me along time if it gets taken care of...

Warmes winter set up I've ever had...

No more cold winters for this girl..

Warm warm and warm...

Takes time to dawn on the suit,,, but its worth it in my books...

Western Canada is cold fir 4 to 6 months of the year,,, why not take full advantage of being toasty warm when leaving home...

15 minutes rigging up in the am,,, 15 ish minutes rigging out getting the gear dry fir the next morning....

Hey,,,, its just part of the billing,,, and We get to drag our @zz'ez all day long... lol
