That hay land in the back of the photograph is ultra expensive… Ken would have to sell the whole farm to buy a quarter out there…..

I heard those .1 acre lots sell for a couple bux too.

Maybe if the developers made them .5 acres they could still make a profit.

Any who i can understand why chump wants to move....

We love our lot and view. But yeah little congested. Either way I think this house for us will have been a great investment. Hoping to get on Land and build our own. Currently working on plans.
You guys should see what there doing in calgary. Building right on property line on one side.
Okotoks is great. Love the area

Thats why whole neighborhoods burn if one house lights up, I think they are about 5ft apart at the eavestroughs, its stupid
Yes its 5 feet between the houses with zero lot line, very common in new subdivisions

Not the best picture I took, You cant walk between the house and the fence. The window well and gas meter are blocking it.
Also the side enterance door has no access as its between the window well and gas meter

snow day in grand cache

Man I miss the drillin rigs. Kinda hated them when I was there but miss them everyday since I quit. That was 20 years ago. Miss the work ethic too. These lazy f’s I work with now wouldn’t have lasted a shift out there but they think they’re hard workers.

Still busier than hell. Roughnecks makin 30 an hour now :suicide: Drillers 52. To say they lazy is an understatement. Tongs only used to torque the bit on
