You nailed it..... went to check out oyama lake to fish but it was loaded at rec site so went for a tour out to king eddie ect. and hadnt been up to the tower since my 20s so took a spin to check it out

Haha, they dont come up on the used market to often, one has to act fast.

Should be a good trailer, will need some TLC before it goes to work though, the previous owner wasnt big on maintenance. Pretty sad when the OEM paint is still covering the grease nipples on a trailer built in 2016.
He even mentioned the Jack's being squeaky cause it hasnt moved in awhile.... yessss bud I'm sure that's the issue.

Just ordered a new one. Not dually tho Sept delivery
Got lucky and found a precision dump trailer that came in but old price, wrote him cheque and took it home b4 changed mind. Week later was 2500 more
Looked at a few other gooseneck but having a bumper pull precision that’s 10yrs old. And done nothing to it. Tires and greased wheel bearings. Paint still really good.

The planter is made from real rock and not the faux kind you see everywhere today. There must be more to the story, like in acres, out buildings, or something. That is a ridiculous price for that little chit box.

Vancouver is expensive, but you can get a better place than than for 9 million.

Must be more to the story, places like that in vancouver go for 1.5 million + though.

Assessed value is $2.6+M. All the more power to them to get even close to the asking price.

Point grey or Belmont Ave. check out house prices there. James Island is another very expensive place. I think the lulu lemon guy has a place in point grey in the 70,000,000 range.

Regardless of how much home I could buy at gray point I think the neighborhood would frown on the lowbed and log loader being parked on the street.

It was a challenge to get her to put her helmet on. She refused to have the face piece down. So for what we were doing i let the modular stay open. We put on nearly 4kms just doing circles in the yard
