Kinda weird ,I seem to be drinking more beer , can't figure out why though. Then I reach for a pop or something else
$4500 will get you a nice rifle. Need another $3500 for the scope to go with that rifle though. Then there is rings, bipod. etc

You have to set realistic goals when quitting. Giving up coffee, booze, etc, isn't realistic in my mind. I tried quitting a handful of times over the years, but figured I'd always associate coffee with cigarettes, so I dropped the morning brew too...I could only make it a few weeks at a time before breaking down. I finally quit smoking 4.5 years ago for good, all while not having the added pressure of giving up everything else that's good.

40 bucks = 100 cigarettes
or.....
40 bucks = 7 patches for one week

After buying the patch today, I want to quit using the patch as much as quitting smoking!!! LOL

You can do it!! It will be 4 years in Oct. For me and I smoked since I was 14. Champix worked great for me. Put ten bucks a day in a jar and look at it every time you want a smoke. 70 bucks a week adds up real fast. You can do it !!!

I tried quitting three times before I quit for good. Been about seven years now. Was smoking almost two packs a day.

You have to decide your going to quit and want to. If you decide you dont want to smoke any more you will quit. Last time when I successfully quit I smoked the last of my cigarettes before I went to bed and never touched one again. I was really just to cheap to throw the ones I had already bought in the trash.

I still had cravings years later when I was drinking but after you go three or so weeks with out a smoke it just doesnt make sense to have one after putting yourself through the punishment.

I think that is what is making it easier this time, is that I do want to quit. I trashed my last 10 smokes before I went to bed last night, and today has been a good day!!! I am wearing the Patch, and haven't had a drink in 5 days.

I'm not doing anything for a secondary vise like, spits, gum, tooth picks etc...... I am drinking lots of water, and no pop either. Not going to lie.... I have had a couple of cravings today, but for the most part I never really thought about it.

Heres a little incentive for ya trashy,The government gets about 70% of a pack of smokes so at 10 bucks a pack they get 7 7x30 210 a month over 2400 a year,so just just how bad do you want to screw the gov out of money

Today is day 8 of no drinking and day 4 of no smoking for me. But I phucked up today, and forgot to put the patch on this morning........ :(

At about 10am, I realised how much I really wanted to quit smoking this time. All day I didn't have one nic fit, I did want a smoke out of habit but that was it! So I am going to wear the patch tomorrow and finish of this box. But I highly doubt I'll buy anymore patches and now knowing what "wanting to quit" really means.
Thanks for all of the support, it has helped making quitting so much easier this time around   :D

Good on you trashy you can do it I did the laser therapy last year. Went from a pack and a half to 0 in one day and started again after a month my wife smokes which makes it so hard to quit. My big problem is is suffer from stress I actually went to counselling and he said not to stop smoking at that time lol. I still really want to quit but don't know how to deal with my stress.
