100% yes to a lot of this. But one thing I was told that made a lot of sense...…If weight gain is a problem, there is a lot to be said for cutting out sugar (and things that contain a large amount of sugar like pop, ketchup, fruit juice, pastries, etc., etc.) and bread (actually the white wheat flour that is in a lot of things).
