Ok! you people posting around here....... if your employer paid you similar or same to the wage he did 6 to 8 years and gave you the same paid vacation he did 6 to 8 years ago how long would you stick around? I dont care if youre the employer or employee, put yourself in PJ's shoes! I would be willing to bet you wouldnt stick around for long either!
The only kind of employees that a hard azz employer gets are the ones like I mentioned before- the ones that coouldnt pour pizz out of a boot with directions on the bottom because anybody smarter knows where to get the respect they deserve and its not there!
I know there are strong feelings bout these kind of topics from previous threads (joey's threads in particular.) but honestly I think one has to stop and put himself in the persons shoes. Not always is the employee right but in this case I would say he is. After all why would the employer keep him that long if he was no good? only one of two reasons
#1 He doesnt know how good of help he has and treats all his employees like this
#2 He knows nobody else would work for him cause the way he treats his employees
Like I say sometimes we have to stop and think for a minute what could be going on here.
