haha i was looking at the open spots but i didn't see the creek right before the tree!! flat light is a doosey. spent 20min digging out with a shovel, popped it in reverse, then shot outta there like there was no tomorrow! BRAAAP!!

Quartz was in good shape. We had a blast on Monday... the only problem was the light was flat so it was hard to see but it was DEEEEEP!!!! up top

rode quartz yesterday for first time. tons of fresh pow. up to my chest in many spots. spent some quality time diggin sleds out. few rocks scattered here and there. sun came out in the afternoon for a bit and made for a pretty good day. ps thanks to the guys who showed me around.

Be careful in there right now guys. Two guys in Quartz and one in Gorman got worked by Avys this week. 3 foot crowns, means it's sliding just above the rain crust just off the ground. No people were injured but the sleds got worked hard.

I asked GSR if he knew where they happened have not heard back yet. I saw one spot that let go naturally in Avy Alley when in there on sunday.

ME too! Me to...gotten couple emails on the updates...im having hard time living here and have something in the works,kinda wanna get back to Revy:)Ill have sled as of tomorrow.....lets ride.

What are conditions at quartz like still lots of landmines exposed? was there about 3 weeks ago wondering if its gotten any better.

Was there sunday,not much better than it was a couple of weeks earlier,lots of rocks.

quartz is thin but if you no where to go the some was great......snowed 2cm in town this morning and cover some tracks in alpine and blowing around................go to Revy unless get the snow fall calling for end of week........... one good stuck heading to area 53

was in quartz today, little bit of fresh snow, snowing all day should be nice for mid week if it keeps snowing.

way a go teaching ur whole family kids and All,that the park boundry and terrain mean nothing and you can ride "where ever you want...entering into park from area 52..you no dam well thats park as i no you ride quartz yearly.....They record/take pic's and shut down.........




Anyways pounded out in main bowls,headed north to the areas:d found good to descent snow...tons of wind crust,suger snow,and loading with little releases.......did set one class 1 off.but new it would go;)
