Has anyone modified theirs or found alternatives to the stock running boards? I see a lot of people online having issues like myself with snow build up and feet slipping off while riding. Thinking of just drilling through the little spikes from underneath. Seems to be the only way to do it without giving up as much of the durability of the running board. Thoughts?

I have modified a switchback/rmk 144 sled to fit the burandt boards. Made a huge difference. I don't know how similar your boards are to that sled. You could also look into better board inserts. Check out hardcoresledder forums. The flatlanders will have some better ideas for you.

Great thanks! ya I've been having trouble finding inserts that will fit it since its a short track. Not many company make inserts for that length of sled since the only ones in demand would be for cross overs and mountain sleds.
