On the way home from Red Deer tonight, the wife and kids see some dude riding a saddled up long horn bull in the ditch. They stopped to take some pictures, and ended up going for a ride themselves.

Ya, it is. I never heard anything about him before, but I guess he does rodeos, parades, he was even in the rose bowl parade last year.
