Drove through pass a couple times over the holidays. Not as much snow as usual in powder king area. Close to 3 feet at parking lot for Bijoux, 4 trucks in parking lot yesterday. Nobody at Beaver Creek yesterday, pretty sure the trail up is not put in yet. Lots of windswept snow in powder king area. More snow as you get closer to Prince George.

Sunday at silver sands. Rough trail. Lots of tracks with 2" of fresh. Had to go way back to find some good stuff. Was a good day minus 2 polaris front ends. Dam Trees. Yes rider error

Insanely deep up Mount West. Took us six hours to break into the alpine from the pipeline behind Powder King... And then it snowed 2.5 feet overnight. Incredible conditions, but the avy danger is escalating....

On Sunday in Beaver, it was really windy, trail was whooped in, at the top end it was extremely wind swept, no new fresh, medium hard pack, in the trees was a little harder than i expected, everytime i broke over the top, wind was the crazy, like blow you right over crazy, judging from the snowfall right now (20-30cm up to this Thursday) will be a sledders paradise this weekend in the pass..... have fun and stay safe

We were there on the weekend. Snow patches to the powerlines. Trail up is very rotten, water running underneath the snow. We broke through in 4 different places with water running on top and washing out parts of the trail. Friday was sunny and hot, Sat overcast and showers, Sun morning, it poured.
