UPDATE: Sled is running now, and I've addressed the problem, incompatible parts.
This sled is a 2008, apparently the crankshaft I've got is a 2009. In 2009 800r crankshaft mag stub changed from keyway at two o'clock to twelve, and grew by roughly 3/8" in length. So when I installed the flywheel it didn't aligned properly with the trigger coils. The fix, install a 2009+ flywheel.

Yea, I didn't know until recently either. My buddy supplied the crankshaft at a steal, and he knew the year of the sled it was going into, so I didn't push.

Simple mistake, not a big deal. I just traded him flywheels, so all it cost me was free time

So how did you finally figure that out?
That would be a hard find for most of us.
Pulled the recoil to check the triggers again, looking for reasons as to why my output voltage was so low, and dead even on both triggers. I didn't by that my triggers were done, as it'd be rare for both to go and even more rare for both of them to be displaying exactly the same bad voltage. While I was in there noticed that they didn't line up with the raised portions of the flywheel as they pass by. Kinda though to explain without a picture, but as the raised portions rotate past the silver looking buttons on the triggers the inner edge was right on the outer edge of those buttons. That explains why my trigger coil output voltage was so low
