Wow even the courts have BRP's back. Brutal for the Cat dealers and anyone with a snowcheck for sure.

I really hope this isn’t true. Would be such a shame to see them go but maybe it’ll be for the best. They might come back stronger then ever. Cat always built their sleds to be over built and generally good quality but being honest they need some huge improvements.

with all the money they saved on engineering, they could afford to beef it up a bit LOL

Pretty sure Doo wants the Alpha skid, track,C tech engine and cat clutches. Those are the missing pieces for Doo to be a contender...

I had a good laugh... just not surprised at the outcome. The patent lawyers did ok I'm sure....
