I just bought a new GMC 2500hd 6.0L and so far really like it. I'm looking for a good seat cover as the interior is the light grey titanium and its gonna get dirty fast.

Like my new style '07 and same issue with shifting. Can't get the doors to stop sqeeking (rubber weatherstrip issue) is my biggest complaint.

so far 2000km and the shifting is as smooth as butter, i love the 6 speed tranny. Fuel mileage is around the 18L/100km and thats my everyday driving. Out on the hiway at 115km/h it drops around 14L/100km.

Is that hand calculated? Or by the truck computer?What gears you do you have.I like the tranny break/ engine grade breaking as well.

try spray silicon, i found its more in your door latches then your rubber weatherstriping but spray them both it worked for me

Thats going by the computer. I have 3.73 gears.

Just wait it gets better. Are you happy with the power i know mine scares me............. there a quite a few stories of too much power

haha yeah id have to agree but there are times when the truck scares me. 400 hp is sweet id love to see 700
