I am in northrn BC. My first sled was a used Kawasaki 440, sure went but not for long LOL. Blew the crank out of it in short order. Then i purchased a 1997 Powder Extreme 600 triple brand new. Blew the crank out of it in 4 years, parked it never to run again. House and family came along. Bought a 95 ZRT 600 big bore <700>. Ran it for 3 years. Blew the edge of a liner off 1 cylinder so rebuilt back to a 600. Bought a 2004 1M 600 Mountain Cat last October. Man i love it. Best sled i ever rode. Easy to ride works awesome in the deep powder.

I mainly Boondock in our local forests, some Mountain riding but haven,t had the time to do as much as i like to. We are not far from Small mountains and 2 to 4 hours to Big mountains.

Welcome to the site. Best in the west! Well you are a true Cat Fan. I gave up after my 3rd motor in my 91 EXT550. All broken skirts taking out the crankcase. seems your on a good sled now. Better check for a rebuild. Enjoy the site and keep posting.
