A must is more vents and to get rid of all the foam under the hood, all that does is keeps the heat in. I don't know much about Artic Cats, but I know it's a must for Skidoos.
Go to the Skidoo Performance section, and they'll tell you more of what to do.

i would ask around, talk to guys with same sled and see what they have done, talk to as many builders as possible, come up with a game plan.. Hp costs money, how fast you wanna go.
it is a pain to buy pieces from all over and then try to get it to work, builders will know what works and have already done the r@d, test ride a few examples if you can. maybe ride what you got for a while, sounds like it should work not to bad as is.
