Sunny and hot down here. Booze is going up at the track again so tailgating pre race. Brad had a bobble in turn 4 on the money lap so starting out of the top 10 but first lap
was very fast.

Yep pretty sad to see Logano lose to that prick Hamlin. Busch took 4 tires to Hamlins 2 and couldn’t or wouldn’t catch him with 3 to go. And they complain about intentional spins for cautions. Uh huh.....

Was a great day of racing none the less. Miller Lite was cold and the shade in our new seats kept us cool in 30 degree weather. Golfing was good as well and had lots of laughs with the boys. Talked to the ISM folks at the track and they said we have till February to renew our tickets for the Championship race next year. Can’t even lose them to new season ticket holders and price won’t be going up even though it’s a final race so pretty pumped for next year!

Silly season continues. Suarez is out of the 41 car next year and Cole Custer is in. This makes the Xfinity big 3 all in Cup next year running for rookie of the year. Custer, Reddick and Bell.

No first practice today because of rain in Homestead. They are working hard right now to dry the track for the final practice but may run into the Truck Championship race if they don't
get on there soon. They could go into qualifying or even the race with no on track time. Yikes!

Final practice rained out last night so they have cancelled qualifying this morning and have changed that to final practice at the request of the teams. So they will start as per the rule book and here is how the top 10 will stack up: 11-4-19-18-22-42-12-2-24-14

Final practice results are in and looks like the 4 car is the slowest of the group of 4 in that practice. Childers better find some magic by tomorrow or its gonna be a Gibbs car with the trophy. Here were the top 10 cars in that practice: 18-19-11-2-22-12-9-42-4-20

Tyler Reddick and his RCR Chevy Camaro wins the Xfinity race and the Championship. That was an amazing race. Hopefully tomorrows Cup race is as good!
