Qualifying surprised with only 2 manufacturers in the top 10 and one taking the top 4 positions. Her is who starts up front today in the race: 9-88-24-48-10-2-17-14-12-22

Somebody park Kurt Busch. He has caused 2 of the 3 big ones today with poor pushing. What an idiot.

And then he says in the interview we were just having fun out there pushing away and making things happen. I guess you can do that when you're not in the playoffs.

Wild wild race today and the finish didn't dissappoint! Ryan Blaney edged out Ryan Newman at the line by a foot to win and get in to the round of 8. Here was your top 10: 12-6-11-10-34-3-32-8-17-13

Points are totally jumbled up now. Here is the top twelve:

Blaney-win
Larson- win
Hamlin- 56
Truex- 48
Busch- 41
Harvick- 36
Keselowski- 20
Logano- 18
Bowman- -18
Elliott- -22
Bowyer- -24
Byron- -27

Kansas is next week and the cutoff for the round of 8. I'm thinking the bottom 4 are in a must win position

Ricky Stenhouse to the 34 car next year at JTG Daugherty racing it was announced. He now has basically swapped rides with Chris Buescher who was chosen to drive the 17 car at Roush next year.

A ho hum race till the very end with the playoff drama! Two late race cautions made it exciting. Congrats to the 11 car winning the race. Chase Elliott pointed his way in at the expense of the 2 car. Here were the top 10: 11-9-18-1-24-19-20-14-9-48
