I have seen them change parts in the valvetrain before Ray but when a piston goes they usually park the car. He complained that 2 cylinders went down.

Just curious as he is safe. So it is a good time to experiment with parts and setups.

I see what you mean. They may try for a bit more hp as Michigan is all about hp. Not sure how much they want to experiment. He was talking if he had a big enough lead at the last race before the Chase he may sit if his wife is having her baby then. Whether Hendrick would let him sit is another matter.

Yes we are dealing with a minimum $25,000,000 sponsorship on that car.

I used to go to Vancouver to the Indy race. Years ago. Talked to Paul Tracy and Greg Moore a few times.
They had mentioned how expensive it was..

That is why you are seeing the cross border jumping from Indy Car to Nascar by so many drivers. You can win more in the Daytona 500 than the Indy Car Champ can win in a whole season.

Good luck talking to a Nascar star. You need an "in" to talk to them.

Did she mention her husband Trashy? bAwhaahaha! What is she like to talk to? She seems high on herself to me from what I have seen.

This was when she first started in the Indy series. She was very nice. Maybe she liked firefighters...lol.

Working the pits as a firefighter was great. Front row seat to the pit stops..

Looking like Toyota is going to let Martin drive Tony's car for as long as he needs him for. Vickers will race Mark's races for him in the 55 car for the rest of the year and will give him more seat time to mesh with his crewchief when he goes to that car next season. Just need Joe Gibbs to OK the move for Vickers as he drives Gibbs Nationwide car for him.

Vickers should even be aloud to drive the dolly that hauls the tires to the pits
