Let me rephrase that,,

I am not a pro, and I don't need a sticker on the side of my sled to make me think I am one.

I can lose just about anyone in the trees with my old '08

Plus your sources are not reliable.

It's funny how a laugh remark can spark all the insecurities..

Keep trying CUSO. You might get there some day. My sources are reliable since they've ridden with you and me. Once again, you are wrong, no insecurities with my sled or myself at all. My sled is awesome and does a great job of compensating for my sometimes lack lustre riding.

If your sources just switched over to a poo, because his buddy did...I know who you are talking about,..

He has a nickname of ghost rider. he has the rep for that.

Small town.

That's my only guess.

I have never heard the nickname "ghost rider", but this is fun. Really, please keep guessing.

I love it. wonder if they make you scrape the glue off when you go to recycle the aluminum

Chassis isn't an issue and engine has no "glue", so recycling is not an issue.

isn't that what the OP said? running boards cracking up...premature wear on suspension parts....sounds like the only thing that's working is the engine

And the engine doesn't even work that well in my opinion.

2012 Pro Rmk 800 . 1200 miles this season , love the sled but... It's in the shop right now and I'm not riding this weekend!. All maintenance is current. Motor mounts are shot, it's on 4th belt and mounts are moving lots . Primary clutch issues yet again on second spring and shop says its bent? But the spring has worn into the cover quite a bit to the point of where the spring does not sit flat on cover . Pipe springs from y pipe to pipe have almost worn right through the hooks on pipe . Steering bushings are beyond worn out! Rear suspension torque arms have 3/8 inch play and clunk badly ( gets greasedJ every 2 rides) . Brake drag noise ( more annoying than a problem ) but it shouldn't drag at All. Running Boards are starting to crack out, I haven't even cornice dropped because I know of this issue . This Is the list I gave the shop and they Called yesterday and agreed all this stuff is worn out! They said they could prob get everything under warranty except the rear suspension components might be tough since its a wear item?

So has any one else had this many problems?

The engine has never missed a beat and runs excellent and I love the sled except this is a bit much after one season. It has 3 year b2b warranty but theres not gonna be much of this thing holding together after three years!
One last thing to add, it is ridden hard every ride! All deep snow mountain riding.
My buddies are all bugging me that Polaris makes there sleds out of recycled pop cans haha!! Is light weight good !?

sometimes when im feeling down...... i read this a couple times and i feel so much better.

Well what a waste of a few pages of reading that was since i was last on here. There were a couple of guys actually talking about there poo's good and bad. Then there's the regular bunch of doo guys bashin on everything and anything that aint a doo. The only one were missin is maxwell, but maybe he didnt like my last comment about some locals here tryin to get him to come ride with them but he has not shown up to ride with them. To the guys that say they can lose most people in the tree's maybe you should try comin and ridin with some of the local guys here i think they might open some eyes, cause they love ridin the really tight tree's with very technical lines and are good at it, oh and yes some of them are riding poo's.

Its all good tho, cause snopro is here talking the talk. If he goes ridin I think he has to tell maxwell or fredw to make sure and comment negatively on every Poo thread or try to rebutt every positive poo comment. We were out again this weekend, seen a bunch of Pro's, man they seem to work well (except for on here), and all those Pro's and not one issue this weekend we saw. Lots of issues, but no Pro issues, hmmm, maybe they're allergic to Bull $hit, thats why they seem to stutter when some of you jammy wearewrs are around. Ya think ? The Doo's ran good also.

Yeah you nailed it.I like all the flat landers talking smack at how great they are in the trees technicle bla bla.Us guys that live and ride evey weekend in the mountains of BC we are the ones that should be talking like that but we are to mature for that crap.I was one of the few that posted on the performance of my pro as said its been flawless.I may not be a Pro but my Pro helps me look like one!!

And thru this thread i have stated what i've seen firsthand of the new pro's and also what experiences some of my friends have had with the new pro's.

I honestly have had only two issues with my '12 Pro. One was an intermittent bog which I now attribute to detonation (running a PA 13.1:1 head). Bog is gone since I started running Shell premium and when I'm in areas that don't have a Shell, I add 2-3 liters of 114 race fuel. The other issue is I'm spending more money traveling to the mountains more often because this sled is just too much fun. The chassis is as tough as nails. Two weeks ago, I broke off a 4" diameter pine tree with no damage other than a very slight "tweak" to my extreme bumper. Three witnesses to this, including glassman on this forum.
