Nice sled Andre. I know being a teenager you will have a limited budget for doing mods so you want to go with the mods that will get you the biggest bang for your buck. I would look at trying to reduce the weight, there may be a good price on a boss seat out there (which would reduce alot of weight) also look to see if there is a good deal for a light weight hood (another good weight saving). If the sway bar is still attached you should seriously think about disconnecting and removing it(will have to cover the hole where the sway bar goes through the frame) this will give you a little more manouverability for side hilling and boondocking. If the track is not ported you may want to look into doing that, it is not a great weight saver but you reduce the rolling mass of the track and it helps to clear snow out of the suspension. Have fun with the mods and you will always get alot of advise here on Snow & Mud.

Im taking off all the stuff that I dont need (so far... broken gas rack, tail light, snow flap, sway bars) Swaybars belong in the garbage bro.

A snowflap and taillight may equal 2 lbs...not enough of a weight savings to even notice. For your safety, and every body that rides behind you, leave them on. Dropping a duece in the morning will probably shed more weight than that. I do agree with the swaybar, it's dead weight.

Weight is weight. I didnt even put hand warmers on my sled. At the end of the day it all adds up. You may think a little is a little but a lot of little adds up.

clean clutches and seal exhaust leaks can make as much difference as anything else. lots of them out there are still working incredibly well and a lot are under revving due to misaligned clutches and so on. sometimes the free things make the biggest difference in the end!
