My buddy torched his nytro turbo last year in Sicamous, and everyone just attributed it to a fuel line melting through due to a bad turbo install (pictures to come). Now hearing these stories I am suspicious....did he leave his break on too (which he wouldn't notice with almost 300 ponies) and was just too embarassed to say? Hmmmm. I'll have to investigate that one. We might have a new contender for the "bid dick" award.

My cousin did the same thing to my 07xrs. The sled was fixed within a week, but I think his pride is still healing. It happened 2 years ago!! LOL

Pretty much have all the parts...... Just repaired the wiring last nite, and overhauled the recoil starter tonite(of course the cord melted, so it had to come apart anyhow)......do the hoses tomorrow, then pulling the chaincase to do the upper seal(i'm sure it was damaged from the heat transfer from the brake rotor......

So here's a pic of the wiring all repaired and new coolant hoses to the rear cooler, and a pic of the seat upgraded/rebuilt by volker's upholstery..... Gonna look awesome. I should have it all finished and back together by the end of this weekend, i hope.
