Being Sikh I find your responses interesting, there’s a lot of valid points here boys, I’d say I agree with a lot of them. Besides the let them dump there bikes and die.
As far as insurance goes it def should go up, similiar to life insurance high risk should mean a high premium.

It’s really unfortunate that Canada is bending to rules of different religions and us Canadians are having to just put up with it, personally I think we need to be more like our brothers down south when it comes to this.

Moving to a country for a better life makes sense to me, but trying to make said better life exactly the same as it was back home is a bit idiotic. Like ffs assimilate to Canadain culture, I’m not saying completely drop your values and whatnot but you have to adapt to new ways /rant

Nothing more Canadian then changing safety laws for 1.5% of the population because we are afraid to say no cover up your head it will save your life. That said why not make it optional for everyone? I feel the same way for seatbelts if a grown adult that knows science says your chances are way better if you wear this choose not to well survival of the fittest will prevail.

If you don't want to wear a helmet, fine. I personally choose to do so. We are a nation of laws, many of which are written in blood, cause someone wasn't smart enough to look out for themselves or others. So while I may suggest you wear a helmet, you don't have to. You don't have to wear seat belts, you don't have to wear a parachute when you skydive, either. But if you are injured as a result of not taking the appropriate steps to protect yourself, the costs should be yours and yours alone...

Couple trips to Maui I took my own. First bunch of times when I had to use a loaner it made it back to the house then I didn’t wear it until the next day when returning the bike.

If I had a bike i'd do it.

Pretty tough for a officer to do his job without having to do some pretty serious racial profiling.

interesting part is we have some that wear their head dress when riding their bike around town. But when they jump on their dual sport and do their long world trips they wear a helmet including their home land
