They do have that reputation. Some locals ride cat just for the service they get there.
Hopefully that isn't the end of them with this whole textron fiasco.

I would love to ride a Cat again just because of the service at Shuswap Xtreme.

Doesn’t CKMP, Jeremy hanke, and Rob Alford… don’t all 3 have tenure up there. That as well with Mt McCrae.

Those guys do not have any tenures around Joss or McRea. There does seem to be some locals, and transplant guys taking groups in there that do have enough talent to be back in there. Although, I have taken a few people back there that didn't really enjoy the experience.

That's a pretty gnarly route they took Jerry on. A couple very high consequence spots. Can't say I blame him for being annoyed, but he sure kept up!
We eyed up going down that gully a couple seasons ago. Thought the way they dropped in would have been the easy way out.

That side hill through the burn has a bit of pucker factor.

Was trying to figure out which hole they were climbing out of. Most of the video I can tell where they are, just those pulls they are making around 23 minutes look unfamiliar. Kinda looks like they dropped in to the valley to the west that the main route tours around.

Yes. But that climb is only about 2/3 of your line. There’s a bit of a bench and a little bowl at that point. They would have gone to the left after that. I’d say the spot they regrouped was about half way up your line.

That's another way to go when its socked in. Better than trying to get over the ridge when ya cant see anything. Dont think its the route for everyone.

Dont want to de-rail the thread or make it political. But saw this the morning! I personally have 0 idea how big the Muskoka area is, just super sad to see!

It’s not big, spent a night in that area about 6 years ago while driving cross country. Our country is a cesspool of immigrants
