I will call a meeting between the Regina and Calgary Snow shows. We will have one on a evening at a lounge where we can have a few show up. Curtis, I would like your opinions here too. How about a Thursday evening??

I'll have a few more things ironed out.

Team Thunderstruck will be out again :d
A caterer will need selected.
Ticket Web will sell the tickets
The hall is reserved for that weekend
We have Days inn saving rooms for Mods
The band has cut there fee's in half so that needs discussion
Veedy wants to make a DVD of everything and pre-sale
Devon from Nash Car Trailers will be out.
Its an open ride as discussed and the party in the evening.

Need to follow up on 3 day trail passes for 2 day deal??
