Just wondering what everybody is using for campsite Mosquito Deterant? We were out random camping in the Windall area last weekend, the little bastards were unreal. We've been luck the last couple years, but they are back with avengance. Does anybody use foggers? Or any thing else like that

I use a fogger in my back yard when we're planning on spending time on the deck. This last time, I went through about a half gallon, it looked like a war zone in my back yard...about an hour later they were back. I've been thinking of trying one of those skeeter vacs. Not sure how well they work, or if they're worth the money.

Using a new product ( new to me anyway) called Jungle Juice from Gregg Distributors. Contains no deet, actually smells good and seems to work great. Safe for kids as well.

And most importantly no need to waste brews

Malathion. It's dirt cheap and kills them right away.

foggers work great but you cant walk in and out of the fogged area or you just bring the little monsters back with you.For that reson not sure if they would work in public campgrounds.

We've got a lot we are usually parked at all year and the vacuum thing helps but on the downside it needs to stay plugged in all the time and you need to make sure you change out the scent cartridges regularly. Definitely not a final solution though as they're still pretty bad for a couple hours in the evening.
