From my experience, the concentrated Malathion is behind the counter so to speak. CT used to carry it but you had to ask for it. I buy it now in a bottle that goes on the end of a hose with a venturi and use it for aphids on our trees. I get it from a small hardware store.

Ufa, I get it in 20L jugs. They keep a watered down version on the shelf usually, but you get the good stuff, and pay less by going to the sales counter. Mix in a backpack sprayer or a tow behind and spray. Best to do it early in the am while they are all still laying in the grass

A friend of mine told me to try Ectiban. I have been using it for a couple years now and it works great. It's a fly killer for barns etc. Spray area you want to sit and seems good for a few days.

After battling black flies in northers Ontario the last month and a half mosquitos are nothing.

This stuff works awesome, no smell and it's not greasy

If it can keep black black flies in check mosquitoes don't stand a chance

But this will drop em dead in their tracks

I bought a SkeeterVac about 10 years ago from Canadian Tire, it still fires up every time and doesn't need to be plugged in to vacuum up mosquitoes. the sticky trap and attractant costs a few bucks but worth it to help keep the number of those little bastards down. this year has been one of the worst I can remember for them around here. fricken brutal

I've honestly killed about 30 skeeters this year. By far the best summer that I can remember :)

I just made the mix and letting the salt dissolve and we'll go from there........
