How does a piston come apart like that? Cant tell from the pics but nothin below the skirt is broke..... is that from detonation?

Wow.. those are some kinda not nice pics.. Feel for the owner.. Or the guy that put it together.. I see how the one piston was put in backwards , but do you know what cause the issue's with the other piston??? Cause both in the pic where not good.

The mag and pto pistons have what you would call a four corner score on them.Lets just say WARM UP time is of the essence on two stroke engines.

The new XP's seem to take quite a bit longer to warm up than the "07 800r motors.. But i hear you there...
