Terry at t&t was great to me when I bought my Suzuki quad. Recommended him to a lot of friends.

Also have always been treated well by sporting goods in lac la biche, but I've known them for many years.

I bought my 13 XM from Grassland Trailers. Sales guy is a little goofy, Corey in service is awesome. Girls up front very detached and vapid. Parts guy kind of goofy too. Overall, place isn't very friendly, but Corey in service makes up for the other boneheads. I always try to build a relationship and havexa good rapport with only one or two people at a place anyways, then when you call or go in, they know your face or on the phone they know your voice. Customer service is at an all time piss poor low in every field, not just toys. These dealers need to realize it's us that keep them going, not the other way around.

The guys at GVP in surrey are awesome! When I bought my sled they stuck around an hour and a half after closing. Got the finance guy out and made sure that I was happy with everything. I know getting a deal done is part of the game but I think they went above and beyond what they had to do. Also, their parts and service department guys come across as really knowledgeable and you're sled is in and out of servicing extremely quickly.

I just bought a used 2011 800 etec and want to get a tune up done on it. Was thinking of taking my sled to Golden but really don't want to drive that far.

i saw a few posts about A&E in Brooks, one was good and the other was bad. Anyone else have a opinion?

Drumheller to Brooks is 141 km and Drumheller to Cochrane is 96 km.

I have no problems with A&E. Dave and George are top rate. Bow Ridge Sports in Cochrane were the Alberta service dealer of 2014 according to BRP. Give Ken (snopro on the forum and his phone number is in my signature) a call and have a chat with the dude. He is the original owner/operator of Mr.R's out of Milo and is presently working at Bow Ridge. If you tell him ol' ferniesnow recommended him, he'll probably tell you a story or two.

Motor tech in golden A+. Randy Dawn and Jordan know their sh*t. Great people.

turple bros in red deer is a complete waste of time. glen must be out of the picture now, it used to be good a long long long long time ago back when they were down town. Too busy selling t shirts. Can't even do that well. 16yr old girls behind the counter couldn't care less.

cycle works in edmonton is also really good. Parts and accessories people are great. Service guys good too.

the Polaris dealer in stettler seems good. Can't remember the name of the place. Bought a pro there last year.

I've dealt with both dealers in cochrane and Golden and have friends currently that deal with both, if it were me I would make the drive to Golden, those guys are amazing and go far beyond when it comes to customer service. Ask anyone that's dealt with them and they will confirm this.

I have never dealt with the one in Golden but Bowridge has always been great to deal with. They don't push the sled business as much as I think they could but that may be a good thing to keep the good service.

I have been shopping in Red Deer for many years and else where... I do enjoy a dealership that has customer focus! So having said Red Deer Cycle Works is getting my vote.. New attitude towards customers wants & requirements.. Erik has done an awesome job putting together sled turbo combos ... I like to shop local and they are doing all the right things IMO to shop local again!...
