Not a sled dealership but Great service just the same. We bought a skid steer from Roszko Farm Equipment in Mayerthorpe. A couple of weeks ago we were backfilling a trench in town and the machine started puking hydraulic fluid. Phoned Stan, the owner he said I can send a mechanic or you bring machine in. Highways were very bad and the only truck we have that could pull the machine was in Swan Hills. He calls hotshot, comes and picks up machine, fixes it has it back in 3 1/2 hours. Now I know that this is what should happen, but all to often once they have your money, dealers seem to forget about the service part.

Northgate Honda in Gp is awful, setup a buddies turbo left a loose fitting that sucked into the turbo then he was given the bill, my boat was dropped off oct 10 for winterization/block coolant from being in my heated storage where they left it outside for two weeks without draining the remaining water and now I get to replace the block at my cost, my buddies 1100 turbo has been in repeatedly for repairs all of which they don't cover warranty because they installed mods although they specified if they were in cheer of te parts and work they would cover everything, and another M8 in our group had clutch alignment issues from day one shock they charged to align.... Overall worst dealer I've ever dealt with, hence all my purchases even oil are from other dealers

I am getting a little tired of the attitude at Stojan's
Craig was sledding and Gerry was such a douche I went and bought a cat but regret dealing with northgate although I love my machine, Shannon their main tech is good but thinks unless he does the work anything u do is bad, Gp is a pain, I really like the service a guy gets from Gaudins in beaverlodge and countryside in Gp but then u gotta own a poo lol

Ya, I used to own a KTM dirt bike and dealing with countryside was really good. But I just don't like Polaris.

Another thumbs up for Wetaskiwin Motorsports. Called them up thurs morn as my new XM wouldn't run and got it there around 3pm. They had it torn down and diagnosed by 4:30pm and determined it to be a bad injector. By 10am the next day it was all back together, MBRP can back on and all. Pretty awesome last minute before xmas service!

Its been my experience that the bigger the dealer the worse the service (turple bros., cycle works etc..) and the smaller the better. Nothing but praise for randy in golden and mac's machine shop in sicamous, they always seem to have that random part u need. Worst dealer i've dealt with is h20 in sicamous they wont even answer a simple question without being paid for it, sorry my bad i was under the impression they were there to help. Phoned one time looking for a front bumper for a rev (fairly common part i thought) pretty sure they didn't even look cause i was barely done asking the question and was already told no. Mac's machine hooked me up big props to him.

I have bought two sleds from stojans first one nothing but good things to say good service after the sale but since windsor lost dealership you get the take it or leave it attitude just because you sell the most sleds dosen't make you #1 it's the little things that make you come back.

Being a local I have dealt with Dons speed parts in wainwright, and its not too bad untill they figure out you are not wanting to throw all your money away at their business. Then they loose interest quickly. I will still get parts from them but service is only when I'm in a jam and don't have the time to travel.

Riding Sicamous this week and buddies 2012 XP rave valve was falling off spewing oil every where Monday afternoon. He wanted to take to H20 because it is on warranty. Told him that would be a waste of time but went there at 8AM Tuesday morning. True to form the owner comes out, takes a look and says leave it with us and we will try to get to it this afternoon. Buddy says "day is screwed then so might as well just go home" The owner lights up with a big grin and says "let me know what you decide" and walks away. Took buddy over to Mac's machine and Trevor had it fixed up in under an hour and we were riding by 10AM.

H20 is named "favorite BC dealer" in Snoriders magazine. What a frickin joke. If it wasn't so ridiculous it would be funny.

I deal with Agro in Pincher and with a few engine issues, Mike the mechanic has been GREAT!!!!! he has gone to bat to me and got me back up and running in no time. The sales guy Tyler has stepped up and gave me a demo when I was down and out without a machine. Great place to deal...

Last week the check engine light lit up on my etec. Drove back to Alberta to my dealer Mr R's. Tuned pipe sensor nfg. No part in stock. They took one off another sled to keep me riding. Ordered a new one to change out on mine later.
Now that is service you will not get from the other BRP dealers in Cowtown where I live and in Sicamous where I ride. Price and location are not the only things I consider when deciding where to purchase.
