Avoid A&E Racing in Brooks all they want is you to become their next mobile cash machine. Service, customer service etc is something that Betty an Owner would NOT be able to UNDER STAND no mater the number of times ( years) of watching Seasame Street. Karma will be coming for U

That shouldn't be allowed. I'd loose my chit if I knew my brand new sled on the showroom floor was being whored out like pick your part.

Well for one.. if it was you that was looking for parts I'll bet you wouldn't bitch!!! and two.. it would be maybe a-arms, clutch, things relatively simple and three you wouldn't know as it would probably leave the show room!!! I will give them a little more credit than that Maxwell...

LOVE mountian toys and scott he has bent over backwards for me with my dragon thou it was not bought there! and my new 2013 he delivered it himslef...3 hours away! i know 100% if anything happens to this sled scott will make it right!
i am sorry to hear you had a problem with them and maybe the best is just make a complaint about the service you got so they can corect this issue. i will always deal with them!

Well I'm glad to hear that my experience may be an isolated incident, or perhaps knowing the owner is the key, either way the couple of times I was there it was just the two ladies there and If I was the owner and wasn't out front when the customers came through the front door I would want a lot better representation then the two he has.In business you never get a second chance to make a first impression.

Poor dealership service experience for me: Red Deer Powersports. They are happy to sell you two new sleds, but the service dept leaves a lot to be desired. Best dealer I've dealt with in recent years: T&T Powersports - Terry and crew know what the definition of customer service is. Adrenaline in Whitecourt has been good as well, wouldn't hesitate to get another Polaris product from Aaron...

Gotta give a shout out to A.S.E. Motorsports in Sherwood Park. We bought our enclosed trailer from them and the guy we dealt with was Josh. Really nice guy and not pushy like some salesmen are, gave us an awesome deal on the trailer and stuff at the sled show. Nothing but positive things to say about them!

also Baddocks Powerproducts in Vermilion. Sled needs work, they get it looked at right away. Getting parts from there is a breeze they keep lots in stock and if they need to be ordered they come in quick, wait time is usually cut in half compared to a few other places.

I do all my work on my sleds if possible. Doesn't seem to matter which dealer you get work done at, After bringing sled home and inspecting the work done they always have loose bolts,Cables that were zip tied left loose,things that were heat shielded aren't anymore.
If they go in for warranty I go over them with a fine tooth comb because they always seem to cause more damage than they fix. Maybe I'm just unlucky or paranoid but most times you find out its an apprentice who did the work not a mechanic. Now I am a mechanic also had to start somewhere but the point of an apprentice is to get experiance with a licensed guy overseeing the repair. However most times the licensed guy never even looks at it. Second problem is usually the service writer who usually has no mechanical aptitude whatsoever and usually relays the info incorrect to the technician,or worse the apprentice who then fixes (or not) the wrong thing altogether. If I am forced to leave my sled at a Dealer I insist on talking directly to the technician and insist that it will not be dropped off until they are prepared to work on it. Even then I phone everyday for update on its progress. If they won't comply with that then they don't get my business for Sales,parts,or service. It is a service industry and if they do not have that they don't have anything. Sorry for long winded reply but I get pretty sick of substandard service. If I operated any of my Ventures like that I wouldn't be able to afford going sledding.

Bow ridge in Cochrane unbelievable service and awsome salesman, bought a new skidoo from there had a issue took it back they looked at it right away told me the problem fixed it and loaded back on my truck within the hour top notch guys out there

Cant say I have ever had a good experience at any of the Cycle Works shops. From pushy salesman that really don't have the time to standing in front of the parts counter and being ignored with no one In the building. BRUTAL ! Some one over there needs to have a little discussion around what "customer service" actually means .

So you drop 16 grand and the owner tells you he loaned a bunch of your parts out your good with that?

I totally agree with you. If its my paid for sled sitting their in the showroom, I should be able to trust the dealership to not go yanking it apart. Maybe if some
Dealerships stocked stuff they wouldn't have to take apart other customers sleds.

My single biggest complaint, it doesn't seem to matter what dealer I go to they all seem to keep a horribly small number of parts on hand.

I have yet to go to a dealership, and come out feeling like I didn't need a shower. Some are worse then others to the point I feel like I am Lady Macbeth, washing my hands...

I must be a lousy judge of what buildings to go in. This is probably why I don't own anything new, and buy most of my parts online, or off kijiji.

Yep, why not stock stuff?? Or when they want you to pay before they'll order, so I gotta make a special trip in
Just to pay? If I don't end up taking the part At least it will work out good for the next guy, somebody will Buy it, especially if they stock it. If they really cared about their customers they'd have parts ready behind the country for a quick turn around. Especially commonly used parts, like if its November it would be wise to stock up on A-arms and front shocks.
