There must be something special about emissions from communist nations, China in particular, that they're seldom called out in any of these types of far-fetched, disaster scenario "documentaries", not that I have the strong stomach required to watch many of them. Mostly North Americans need to figuratively and collectively cut off their dicks to save the planet. That must be the reason behind the huge efforts underway to take away our rights and freedoms.....communist emissions are A-okay.

China is called out the world over for their pollution and responsibility for their large carbon emissions. The problem is per capita their emissions are smaller than almost every western nation, and that gets thrown back every time it's brought up. Not that China gives a crap about about anything democratic nations say about them anyway.

I'm a big believer in moving manufacturing back to western nations and funneling less money to China, which would also bring this manufacturing under modern environmental control. There are a number of major reasons to limit China's influence on the world, in my mind the environmental aspect is minor though in comparison to the un-democratic, authoritarian, communistic plague that is the Chinese regime. The problem is you will never convince the Wal-Mart crowd that it's beneficial to pay double or triple for a locally manufactured product, even if the product supports the national economy and lasts twice or three times as long.

48 years ago tomorrow we got married and there was no snow and a warm day, no chance in hell tomorrow will have no snow or be warm. Lying carbon tax thieving bastards, and shame on the idiots for swallowing their crap.

One other fact only gardeners would know, last year the growing season was so short you could not grow some of the standard crops all the way to Zone 4a. Valentina Zharkova has merit, not like those other thieving bastards who should be sitting in a jail cell.

That figure in itself is one of the biggest piles of Bullcr*p dreamed up by the eco-terrorists. Just because you have overpopulated your country doesn't mean you are somehow better because you can divide the total by x number of people.

It’s got nothing to do with emissions or climate. It’s a socialistic scheme to transfer wealth from the first world to the third world with the socialists skimming off their cut until the first world economies are destroyed.

What!?

That's how every metric about a nation is measured, on a per capita basis.

That's like saying the population of a nation has a combined wealth of $328 million. Which for a country with the population of the US would be $1 per person, essentially less than dirt poor, now for Monaco that would be $8,500 per person, still poor but much less so. Population matters.

I guess according to your logic China should just divide into 100 smaller China's, and according to communist naming conventions they would be called China 1 through China 100, this would solve the emissions problem as each country is now much smaller with a much smaller CO2 output, all the while doing absolutely nothing about global emissions.

Of coarse the back side of zharkova's predictions are not pretty, all that crap we have been dumping in our oceans will come back to bite us in the azz big time. And we do not even recognize it to be a problem ...yet.

Capitol flight, wouldn’t be transferring to China, had North America ruled in its Unions. Union demands, increased wages, benefits, pensions, etc. All contribute to unappreciation of Capitol. Money flows to where it’s appreciated (hence the word appreciation), always has. China appreciates Capitol > Greater than Westernized, Union government, and private sector unions. The labour wants bigger cut of the pie, without taking on any risk (This why companies such as Amazon are imcreasingly utilize robotics to replace labour (work 24/7, no benefits required)). Unions have destroyed Canada, North America. Greenies will argue the environment argument, however China cares less about environment (although China has become cleaner than 30-40 years ago), China cares more about the productivity of it’s people. Therefore China will rise to the most powerful nation in the world (1.5 Billion chinese already). Over next decades Better learn Mandarin.......China will occur threats from India for superpowers. America will fall to third.
