Is anyone on here a landlord?

Our condo rents out fine. Also has no age limit.

There seems to be some terrible renters out there apparently. What’s everyone’s thoughts on a 45 plus condo? Positives would be more then likely good renters but would be a lot smaller market

Im so jaded on renters that I have a beautiful 1000sq/ft, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath suite in my shop that I should rent out but just cant bring myself to. Just too close being in the same yard. And then if we did get bad renters, I just dont have the self control not to do something illegal.

So when you see a couch or chair you automatically think "jerkoff station"? Seems strange to me, but to each their own I guess.
