Inflation much?

Don't get me wrong, I think it's really cool. There's a ton of money to be made in it, and there is some amazing technology that will be very useful for many things (blockchain), but I just think it's too volatile to be used as a currency. As an inflation hedge, personally I prefer things that are more tangible.

I could very well be wrong though. Time will tell

Im not 100% in bitcoin, i talk about it the most because it has out performed every other asset class i own.

If you dont have any exposure to crypto ur crazy imo.

The thing with bitcoin is that there is NO STANDARD, meaning in the future each country can/will have their own blockchain instead of fiat money, and then who will be the NWO block chain? I would bet my left nut bitcoin will be replaced.....remember 8 track or HD dvd before blueray ? Same thing IMO

Maybe theyll just adopt bitcoin as a reserve currency, then its worth 10million a bitcoin. Or maybe not. When you figure out what the next big thing is let me know!

So you're saying if someone doesn't have any exposure to crypto they're not a savy investor?? Come on man. So Warren buffet isn't a savy investor? It's a gamble. Don't pretend your some kind of savant because you got in early on a speculative investment

I dont believe for 1 second, buffet has 0$ invested in the crypto space though.

It's not backed by a standard but it is at the same time. It's backed by the confidence of the people and the investors that own it. The gold standard was the same way, gold has always been valueable because it is scarce and valued by investors. Bitcoin is becoming the same, it becoming the same, you just can't hold it in a safe like gold, which in many ways makes it safer from theft.

Bitcoin could very well be replaced, and other cryptocurrencies will come along to compete with it. But I think you are nuts if you believe people are going to trade in their Bitcoin for another cryptocurrency controlled by the government.

I used to be a crypto skeptic, but I'm coming around to the idea, saddly I don't have any money in Bitcoin, my dum@ss bought into underperforming gold and silver.

Napster used to be the goto for music before KAzaa, or bit torrent etc.
The pandora papers outlining some world leaders have more assets than the countries they govern, something has to give

Probably will be. Thats why its a good idea to have alternative assets to the dollar.

I dont have a crystal ball, so thats why i diversify into different things.

Ie precious metals, real estate, crypto,stock even some Cad and US currency. Guns ammo, food
