ice scratchers

Have a 2007 m8 153", were do mount the ice sratchers on the rails? they recommend as far foward as possible but they seem to interfer with the springs, anyone have experience. Thanks

I know the skid's are different but here is the information I found out about mounting them on a 08.

I have 07 as well and they end up around the center of the skid otherwise seemed to interfere with moving parts.

Also have 2007 m1000.Mounted ice scratchers as close too front idler wheel as possible.With scratcher tucked away it clears torsion spring,and the travel clearance is very close.Worth while addittion.
