Wife and I picked up Specilaized turbo levo emtb's. They work awesome. Peddled my ass up Owlhead FSR yesterday. That pedal assist really helps old people! Can hardly wait to hit the South Canoe and Larch Hills trails. Once Silverstar opens it is nice to have pubs in the Village toend the day.

Any one on here found a good solution to attach bike roof rack to their sled deck or fabbed something up?

I've seen bikes racks on top of hard top tent trailers. Could something like that be modified?

Good tires too, I'm putting a Bafang mid drive on mine, I'll have to take the bike to town and borrow a wrench. I can't find one online. Still lots of snow anyhow.

I'm really looking forward to it.

I think you need to treat yourself to a new bike Lem, you seem to really enjoy riding which is awesome. The new bikes are heads and shoulders better than what was available 10 years ago.
Just in drivetrain alone, the new standard of 1x12 is a huge advance.
Thanks for posting, enjoying your stories.

My bike got stolen last summer, so in need of a new one.

A full suspension enduro would be cool, i dont really have a bunch of mountain biker friends and mostly use it around town these days.

So might get a fat tire E-bike instead.

I bought a IGO extreme from Costco for running the dog this winter. Happy with the bike for the price point.

I don’t plan to ride it much in the summer as I have a cross country mountain bike that I’ll stick with once the snow melts.
