Spent lots of time riding in those areas when I lived in Etown. I'd get home from work and put the kids in the chariot trailer with snacks and go. Raced with the RedBike off road team too, many mornings drinking coffee there.

Most definitely hit up both sides of the river valley what I'm there next time...

I'll chime in this thread when I return too my standard crank bikes...

Even the high powered 2-stroke crank units fit into the pedal bike world...

No,,, Reds Source for sports,,, they have a few units on sale so i picked one up...

There are endless types of bikes too choose from in E or standard analog

I would of gone with a f.s for the majority of my rides

But I need a fat tire for my winter stuff,,, some of the areas I frequent are fat-tires only...

Narrow tires bikes struggle in semi-packed snow conditions...

School me on fat bikes please

I’m looking at getting into winter biking and wondering what bike to get. I would be riding paved type paths in my area but would also like to ride some single track dirt paths in the river valley. Would like something I could ride all year don’t mind switching out tires. Does a guy need front suspension or do the tires give enough cushion?

I currently have a full suspension cross country bike but dont really get on single track trails much in the summer do to time restraints and it’s a bit of overkill just to ride to DQ for a blizzard lol
