This crash has really affected me. Just broke my heart.
My kids are super empathetic, kind hearted, little souls and I purposely didn't want to tell them as I didn't want them to be burdened by my profound sense of grief. But while we were at Tim's grabbing a coffee the other day, my 7 year old was reading the menu board, like she always does, and got agitated. I was like "woah, buddy what's wrong"
Her answer: "Mom, everywhere I look it says Broncos, and it's just so sad. It makes my heart hurt. Those are somebodies brothers." Then I listened to her choke up as she explained it to her 6 year old brother. That was tough.
She had learned about the accident at school. I think that this has affected way more people than we think, even our little ones.

We are all hoping and praying for the remaining hospitalized people that were on that bus to have a full recovery, there all pretty young. This is sad.

I know a lot of money is being donated and needed but i think people should also be donating blood if possible. Im going tonight to do this. I suspect they have needed a lot of blood and still need more .

This is a devastating tragic loss, my condolences to the families of everyone affected.
We don’t know the whole story but I for one feel compassion for the young truck driver. I cant imagine what he’s going through right now.
