How critical is track alignment?

I got the diamond drive upgraded to a 3203 bearing, cleaned out and installed back in my 2011 M8 SnoPro 153.

Everything looks good, but I am having the hardest time getting the track alignment perfect. What looks good when I let the track coast to a stop on the stand changes when I tighten down the axle bolts (the bolts through the idlers). It seems like the right side rear idler is about 1/16" from the outer track drive lug and about 3/16" from the inner track drive lug. The other idler is closer to 1/8" from either lug.

Is this good enuf? The idler doesn't seem to be actually rubbing on the lugs, but it is very close.

Or should I try to adjust it for the 11th time?

not sure how critical it is, I usualy align the track so the rails are centered in the track windos.

Make sure it's centered in the tunnel to or you might shred the side of track.
